Format: Virtual and In-person BUT all speakers must present in-person.

Surrey: KPU (Kwantlen Polytechnic University) - 12666 72 Ave, Surrey, BC
Parking: Paid parking in the parking lots
Speakers’ Responsibilities:
Register as a speaker
Please supply us with the following:
A title/topic of your presentation
A brief description (3-7 sentences)
A brief bio (5-15 sentences)
Presentation submission deadline is Feb 25, 2025
In lieu of an Honorarium:
· We invite you to attend some or all of the Symposium.
· Join us for Lunch for those presenting in-person in Surrey.
· A thank you gift.
· If you would like us to promote any of your materials on our social media, we will.
· You can request that we gather testimonials or reviews of your presentation.

50 minutes +10 minute Q&A
25 min + 5 min Q&A
PowerPoint Presentation guidelines: Use light colored backgrounds. The darker colors do not print out clearly.
Audience: Medical laboratory assistants (MLAs), phlebotomy supervisors, medical laboratory technologists (MLTs), nurses who perform blood collection, phlebotomy educators, pathologists, laboratory site supervisors, managers and students – in fact, anyone who is involved in any way with blood collection and phlebotomy.
