Vendor Representative costs:
Each booth rep and extra rep include:
food/drink at the Thursday Reception, coffee, Friday break and lunch.
Reps are able to attend presenations as long as there are empty seats.
Not included: Thursday lunch, all access to presentations and gift draws
Booth Rep Thursday lunch $78. (Increase is due to rising catering costs)
Extra reps are $163 each Without Thursday lunch. Includes: food/drink at the Thursday Reception, Friday Break and Friday Lunch
Extra rep with Thursday lunch $241. Includes: food/drink at Thursday lunch and Reception, Friday Break and Friday Lunch
Exhibitor Rep Delegate $55/day. If a rep would like access to all presentations and all gift basket draws then please register them at a discounted exhibitor delegate rate of $55 per day. This does not cover food/drink.

Regular pricing - please ensure your exhibit materials arrive by Sept 19 to avoid any potential delays.
Sept 26, 4pm: Exhibit freight is not permitted to remain at venue past this time.
