Exhibitor Table - $500 – 4 opportunities: A 6 ft table available to you to set up your display for both days of the Symposium | The Tables will be set up in the same room as the presentations. Small logo placement on website and Symposium emails
Water Bottle - $1,500 – Have your company logo on the Symposium water bottle. They are re-usable and are distributed to all in-person participants at registration. BCSLS will order and arrange shipping of item
Delegate Bag Logo - $1,500 – Logo prominently displayed on the delegate bag. Diamond Sponsor logo and the Symposium logo will also be on the bag. BCSLS will order and arrange shipping of this item | Promotional insert in the delegate bag

Host a Break - $700 - Take a break! Refresh with coffee and an energizing snack. Company name listed on the website and the onsite daily schedule as the break sponsor | Company logo on signs at the food/beverage stations | You can provide branded collateral or promotional items at the station during your break | Small logo on the Event Sponsorship Poster displayed at the Symposium
Participant Bag Insert - $300 – Give an item to very single participant as soon as they arrive. Paper-based promo material. Include a brochure or promotional item in the delegate bag handed out to all delegates at the registration table. You are to arrange the creation/print and shipping to the BCSLS office. Deadline dates apply

Laboratory employee attendance sponsorship
- Health authorities and private labs
The cost for each Health Authority or Private Lab was sent to you in a separate email.
Attendance: In-person and virtually. Those sponsored employees who live in the lower mainland attend in-person in Surrey. Those from outside of the Lower Mainland can participate virtually or in-person.
Speakers: We are busy putting the agenda together, but there will be about 14 attend-able presentations during the weekend.
Employees/Delegates: Each sponsored employee will need to register as an individual so that they can attend all the presentations for FREE.
Your generosity will allow so many of your employees to attend presentations on a variety of topics, laboratory products and personal interest.
