Leadership, Representation, Education, and Fellowship

BCSLS is a professional association of Medical Laboratory Technologists and Medical Laboratory Assistants working in public and private medical laboratories throughout British Columbia, Canada. Our Code of Conduct commits us to serving the public's health care needs, protecting the welfare of the patient, and respecting the dignity of individuals.

BCSLS aims to be the leading organization in British Columbia providing medical laboratory professionals with the representation, access to continuing education and peer support to achieve excellence in their careers. We also raise public awareness of the important role of medical laboratory professionals in health care.

This web site is intended to improve communication with and between our members. We invite the pubic to use this site to learn of the important work of laboratory professionals and to enhance their understanding of critical health care issues.
